Hi, I’m Allan Bott, founder of Managed Assets.

I’m an IT Asset, Licence and Vendor Management specialist with over 10 years of experience in the IT industry and more than 8 years in contract management and commercial negotiation.

Throughout my career, I’ve helped organisations optimise software licensing, reduce audit risk, and negotiate better supplier agreements.

Throughout my career, I have delivered measurable financial and operational benefits, including:

• Over $300,000 in software licence and contract savings over a 24-month period through licence harvesting, contract renegotiation, and vendor rationalisation.
• Successful support for £130 million of contract renewals and re-bids.
